Terms of Sale and Ordering Information - Please Read
- Please email me (pknapton@hotmail.com) to confirm availability, reserve item(s) and for total price. I can hold the item(s) up to 10 days. If payment is not received during this time item(s) will be returned to stock. Please include list of item(s) in email itself - not as an attachment.
- All prices are in US Dollars. Discounts can be given for multiple coin purchases.
- Payment to be made in US Dollars.
- Payment to be by personal or business check, bank draft, Western Union, money order (domestic or international), US cash or PayPal. All paper, e-checks, and money order payments must clear my bank account (usually a minimum of 5 business days) before shipping. If sending cash, be sure to wrap securely in opaque wrapper and send via recorded or registered mail. If using PayPal please add 4% to total.
- US orders to include $ 5.00 shipping, handling and insurance fee. All US orders are shipped insured via the USPS - no exceptions. Large and bulky lots usually ship via Priority Mail and incur an additional charge.
- All international orders to include $ 15.00 shipping and handling fee for registered mail. Registered mail is the safest (insurable up to about $ 40). If you'd like full insurance please add $ 25.00 for shipping via Global Priority Mail or Express Mail Service (insurable up to about $ 750 for Global and Express will insure for more). Large and bulky lots are not sent to overseas address.
- Some countries I will not ship regardless of method. Please inform me of your country when you reserve.
- International shipments to conform to mailing requirements of each country. Some countries prohibit shipment of gold, silver or numismatic items. Furthermore, method of shipment is also restricted. Custom forms will not be marked "gift". Please check the mailing requirements of your country.
- International customers are responsible for all duties, excise taxes, import fees, import licenses, etc. Please factor this into your cost prior to ordering.
- Coin grading is based on my 45+ years in numismatics. I grade coins to the standards set forth by the American Numismatic Association for US coins or Krause-Mishler for World coins. Each standard is VERY different. I DO NOT grade International coins in accordance with the standards set forth by US based third party grading services because I believe they overgrade ALL International coins.
- All items (except bulk lots) are returnable up to 14 days from the date you receive them for a full refund less postage, handling and insurance. Void return privilege if item(s) are removed from holder(s). Please notify me prior to returning item(s) of your intent to do so.
- All items are guaranteed authentic unless stated in the description as a copy or forgery. I try to describe all problems and/or condition factors so there won't be any surprises when you open the package.
- All Massachusetts residents please add 6 1/4% sales tax on all numismatic orders totalling less than $ 1,000.
